Jeremy Price
Mr. Price was born and raised in Ocean County, NJ. He spent his summers living on the Jersey Shore where he worked on commercial fishing boats, local golf courses, and later, Atlantic City casinos. Mr. Price graduated from Stockton University with a B.A. in Political Science. Mr. Price then graduated from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden, NJ, in 2004, where he served as Business Editor for the Law School law journal. Mr. Price served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Glenn R. Wenzel, J.S.C., Passaic County, Family Division. Mr. Price worked for two years after his clerkship for a Monmouth County firm prior to opening his own office in Ocean County in 2007. Mr. Price joined this firm in December of 2018.
Mr. Price has focused his work in Family Law and Criminal Defense Law. Mr. Price worked for two years as an appointed public defender in a municipal court. Mr. Price served as Chairman of the Little Egg Harbor Environmental Commission as well as a citizen member of the Little Egg Harbor Planning Board. Mr. Price currently serves as Presiding Commissioner on multiple Ocean County Eminent Domain cases. Mr. Price has ample experience in a wide variety of cases beyond family law and criminal, such as contract litigation, landlord-tenant, constitutional law, adoptions, collections, bankruptcy, local zoning/planning board applications, municipal court, corporate formation, real estate transactions, and much more.
